This Easy Read website has been designed for and with people with a Learning Disability. People can look up accessible information on Health and Social Care in the area covered by Devon County Council.

Topics covered will have been talked about at the Learning Disability Partnership Board, Health and Social Care Group or the Friendship Group. You will be able to check meetings dates and summaries if you click on these group’s folders on the main page.

The ‘Other useful information’ folder will be updated regularly. At the moment we are sharing information on the cost-of-living crisis.
